The MCAD/RCAD EVOC training trailer, which was funded through a grant from the Missouri Coalition of Roadway Safety. Our instructors will be putting on the EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operations Course) three times a year in various locations for EMS, police, and fire personnel in the North Central region. channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Ralls County Ambulance District
